IPB Freeze

Dear Sir or Madam,

IPB hereby informs you about the annual IPB Freeze, which covers the following period, concerning new orders:

Start: 2023-12-01, 11:59 PM CET
Ende: 2024-01-05, 6:00 PM CET

New orders we’ll receive during that time, will be processed after the end of the above mentioned freeze-period.
Orders already placed in advance will be realized in the usual quality and on the agreed deployment date.

Fault clearance is also carried out 24x7 in accordance with the contract.
The IPB Freeze applies to all colocation products and port-based products (eg. IP-Transit, BGP, OoB, VPN).
We would like to ask you to take this into account in your planning.
