IPB hereby informs you about the annual IPB Freeze, which covers the following period:

Start: Friday, 2024-11-29, 06:00 PM UTC+1
End:   Sunday, 2025-01-05, 11:59 PM UTC+1

New orders that we receive during that time frame, will be processed after the end of the above-mentioned freeze period.
Orders that were confirmed by IPB before the start of the freeze are not affected by this action.

The IPB Freeze applies to all products (e.g. CrossConnects) and support services (e.g. Remote Hands).
The availability of the IPB infrastructure is guaranteed in accordance with the contract.

Please take the IPB freeze period into account in your planning.
